Dear Lord Caylean,
Much has passed since we last spoke. I hope you have met fortune unknown and unimagined by any of us.
Shortly after you receive this letter you should receive from us a large package by shipment. It is a holy relic of the church of Grozomantius, which we took from some travelling priests we came across. Beretta, working with some sort of mind-worm known as "The Spice of Life" and the Council of Anarchy, organized transport of it to you in Sigil.
With the ark stolen, Grozomantius is organizing a donation drive. Unless you have a better plan, I think we should organize to frame the church. Make it appear as them hiding the relic to drum up unwarranted support and funds. It would obviously be hard for them to receive donations in the future once they are shown to be frauds.
Please advise us if you would like us to be a part of any future plans with the ark. For my own part, I am eager to see this through.

The Unknowns Themselves
Dad,
Not much has happened for me since I last wrote to you.
I'm convinced we need to get rid of this damned ark. I have no interest of holding onto it. Pretty much everyone else in the party doesn't feel one way or another about it. They have a bone to pick with the mimir.
We arrived at the city of Automata which has many laws and regulations. Since I didn't want the ark to be found when I entered the city, I camped outside the city to guard it with Carbanion. The rest entered the city.
For some reason, Beretta decided to sneak past the customs agents. As a result of this, she didn't get customs forms and they didn't store her contraband. Then, for reasons that even the great club in the sky couldn't understand, she turned herself in and implicated the rest of the party who were inside. Maybe an explanation of her behavior is The Great Unknown. What a useless pile of bones she turned out to be.
Long story short: Beretta is still in jail and the rest of the party was released without charges (other than a mark against each of them).
We now know of an underground tunnel through which we can enter and leave the city without being subject to searches. Unfortunately, we do not have a way to travel from underground to aboveground except by passing in front of an automaton security guard. Needless to say, we do not prefer that course of action.
Love,
Buddyo
